GIANT was a built on the foundation of valuing our customers and associates – a virtue which still holds true today.

We know that a large portion of our sales comes from diverse populations. We have experts in our merchandising and marketing departments who procure items for specific stores based on the local population’s needs. Giant and Martin’s values the partnership we have with you, and we aim to please you with unique product offerings and ethnic foods that aren’t available at our competitors. We are committed to giving you, our valued customer, quality, selections, and savings.

Additionally, we promote the equitable treatment of all associates by promoting diversity awareness. We have an ALANA Resource Group which consists of diverse associates who meet on a regular basis to network with each other and with others in an effort to foster open and honest communication, challenge the status quo, create new processes and winning ideas, and commit to the equitable and fair treatment of all Giant and Martin’s associates.

Many of our stores employ the physically challenged. Some are visually or hearing impaired but they never waver on their commitment to serving the customer. This level of service illustrates their commitment and fortitude in overcoming life’s challenges. We value the contributions of these associates, and we are very thankful that they’ve chosen Giant and Martin’s as their employer.
